Return Policy
RETURNS
Preston Lane has a 14-day return policy, which means we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date of your items in exchange for store credit only. Store credit does not include shipping/handling fees.
Items that are eligible for return must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
For any return questions or to start a return, you can contact us at shopprestonlane@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return is approved. If approved, you will receive a store credit via email.
Exchanges
If an item has been deemed eligible for an exchange, but the item is now out of stock, you will receive a store credit. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on any accessories (hats, jewelry, etc.), sale items, deal of the day, preorders, or custom orders. These items are final sale.
